Made an appointment online on Friday morning 04/21/2023, to have annual inspection and an oil change performed. I even called an hour or so afterwards to confirm that the appointment was received and was ok/confirmed. The receptionist stated that yes, appointment was received and confirmed for inspection and oil change for 04/24/2023 @ 8:30am. I dropped my car off at the garage on Sunday evening 4/23/3023 so that it would be there first thing in the morning on Monday and it could get worked in for the service with no problems that morning… and I even left the car there at the garage all day. When I picked up the car on 4/24/2023 around 4pm, I found that the inspection was completed, but no oil change was ever performed. Now, after leaving my car all day at the garage for these services to be performed, I now still have to make another appointment to have my car down additional time for me to perform the oil change or get it done elsewhere. Update… they’ve since acknowledged the miss and offered to complete the oil change free of charge; which was a great gesture. I returned back for the free oil change on 5/2 and Blake took care of everything and was apologetic about the original miss.
