I'm new to area so after doing a google search I located this garage and noticed it had outstanding reviews, so I decided to take my vehicle there for a 2nd opinion. My vehicle needed to have the front washer fluid pump replaced and an oil change. They not only had the part in stock but was able to replace it and change my oil for 1/2 the price I was quoted at Firestone (don't ever go there!). Firestone quoted me a price for pump at twice the cost and also indicated that my back washer fluid pump also needed replacement which it did not, it works perfectly fine and told me that I did not need an oil change. I don't think they even checked it. I'm so glad I took my vehicle to Northgate Auto. They're wonderful to deal with and will find you the most cost efficient price. It's so nice to work with honest to goodness folks unlike Firestone! Thank you Northgate Auto Repair; I'll surely be back!

They were very friendly and communicated very , keeping us updated on the status of parts ordered for our vehicle. Also made it very convenient to pay before picking up our car and picking up the car after they were closed.

They're extremely honest, well priced, and amazing! I end up going here for almost any issue I have with my car. The only time I've ever been charged here was when I went to get an oil change. If they can't resolve the issue with your car, they'll promptly refer you to another trustworthy and reliable shop in the area.

An honest auto shop that does quick and great work and never tries to upsell you on things you really don't need for your car. I had been taking my car to Precision Tune Auto and kept having problems until I brought it here. My car has been running the best it ever has!
