I've taken our cars here several times over the last few years and have always been impressed by how kind, professional, and honest the folks are here. Kelly at the front desk tells you everything they're going to do up front, calls if they find something and lets you know the pros/cons and charges up front before they do anything, and is always patient and willing to answer questions from a non-car person like me. Highly recommended and happy to write a review for them.

We took our Mini Cooper in for general maintenance. While there the battery died due to broken tail light switch. A part had to be ordered and a new battery installed. Then the key could not be removed from the ignition. They were unable to remedy that problem, so we were left with an unlockable car with a key in the ignition. Throughout the whole process, they were communicative and honest, in our opinion.
