Great and fast service with no bs!

Had a wheel noise for a month. Took it in. The problem was a slightly bent dust screen. They bent it back and charged me $20 without trying to upsale me on any other fix.

I can always count Northgate Auto Service to assist when needed. Just call a call ahead (but not required) and they are ready and available to assist. Fair pricing and courteous. So glad I found them.

The service was speedy and efficient. Outstanding job.

This is my trusted mechanic in Durham; they always do a great job and almost more importantly they are honest and transparent and never try to upsell you. In the past I've always made sure to look up parts and labor costs to make sure I was quoted fairly before agreeing to any auto service, but now that I go here I never have to do that.
